Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days.

We use two shipping partners to get your parcels safely delivered within Australia - Australia Post and Sendle. PO Box orders will automatically be sent via Australia Post. All orders are fully trackable, with tracking information provided at the time of shipment.

Orders are sent with 'Authority to Leave' as the default option. Australia Post is currently delivering all parcels with contactless delivery, not requiring any signature. Please note that we accept no responsibility for parcels that are missing with Authority to Leave if our shipping partners have provided confirmation of delivery.

All international orders are sent using Australia Post’s standard international post and include tracking information. Please note, any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Returns Policy

My Friendship Books does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the order is damaged. In the unlikely event your order arrives and is faulty, please send a photograph of the damaged parcel/damaged item to hello@myfriendshipbooks.com within 7 calendar days of receipt. A replacement copy will be sent.  


Packaging

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Wherever possible we work together with eco-friendly printers and packaging companies. However, we still want your items to arrive in mint condition, so we do use bubble wrap to protect the orders and encourage you to reuse it.
